Questions and answers
How do I get a price?
Fill in the quote form or call us on 020 8470 8038. Tell us what you are sending, roughly how big or heavy it is, where it is going and whether you need it collected. We will come back to you with a price.
Do you collect from my home?
Yes, for a charge that we include in your quote. We collect barrels from postcodes across East, North and North West London (see our collection areas page). Parcels under 30kg can be collected from anywhere in the UK by a courier we arrange, or you can send them to us yourself. You can also drop off at our depot at 255 Katherine Road, Forest Gate, London E7 8PP. Outside our barrel areas? Ask us for a quote.
Which islands do you ship to?
Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Guyana, St Lucia, Grenada, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, St Kitts and Nevis, Montserrat, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas and Bermuda.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the destination, the sailing or flight schedule and customs at the other end. We will tell you the expected timing when we quote.
Should I send by sea or by air?
Sea freight suits barrels, boxes, furniture and anything heavy, and costs less. Air freight is faster and suits urgent or smaller, higher-value items. If you are not sure, tell us what you are sending and we will recommend the best option.
What can't I send?
Dangerous goods such as flammables, gas canisters, aerosols in bulk, weapons and illegal items cannot be shipped, and each island has its own import rules. Tell us what you plan to pack and we will check it before you send.
Do I need to make a packing list?
Yes. Customs on every island needs a list of what is inside each barrel or box. We will tell you what is required and help you fill in the paperwork.
Ready to send?
Tell us what you are shipping and where it is going. We will come back with a price.
